Descripción del Puesto Estamos buscando un Director Comercial para trabajar en un nuevo proyecto en Bélgica.
UBICACIÓN: Bélgica DISPONIBILIDAD: Incorporación inmediata Función y Responsabilidades El responsable comercial supervisará las actividades comerciales en obra y gestionará un equipo de más de 10 aparejadores en un proyecto de más de 200 millones.
Gestionar y revisar los resultados comerciales de los proyectos de principio a fin.
Realizar el seguimiento comercial de la unidad de negocio que se les asigna.
Revisión de los costes mensuales: recopilar y presentar las revisiones y tomar las debidas acciones.
Gestionar el equipo comercial para que sigan mejorando y desarrollando sus habilidades y conocimientos técnicos.
Identificar y gestionar riesgos potenciales de la unidad de negocio y revisar periódicamente los riesgos del proyecto.
Asegurarse de que los informes de captura y almacenamiento de carbono se formulen con precisión y se presenten a tiempo.
Gestionar el cierre de proyectos para la mejor ventaja comercial de la empresa.
Revisar periódicamente los procesos de negocio y promover la evolución de mejores prácticas laborales.
Garantizar que todos los proyectos estén orientados a proporcionar las mejores soluciones y se entreguen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
Dar soporte y orientar al equipo comercial en su área de negocio asignada.
Requisitos y Experiencia Titulación como ingeniero técnico, arquitecto técnico, perito o similar.
Más de 10 años de experiencia en un rol comercial con contratistas de construcción.
Experiencia trabajando en ámbitos de trabajo eléctricos y mecánicos, así como en construcción en general.
Experiencia en un rol de cara al cliente con sólidas habilidades de gestión de partes interesadas.
Un comunicador fuerte, con buen ojo para los detalles.
Experiencia previa en gestión, con capacidad para nutrir y desarrollar a los miembros más jóvenes del equipo, sin dejar de trabajar para lograr resultados clave.
Idiomas Inglés alto (C1) Contrato Contrato indefinido a tiempo completo.
Rotaciones 17/4.
Salario muy competitivo (alojamiento y transporte proporcionados y dietas).
