We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partner Manager to join our team at TecAlliance, a leading provider of global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge.

As a Commercial Partner Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our partner network, improving commercial oversight, and optimizing processes in collaboration with our Technical Partner Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring new partners and managing relationships within the TecAlliance Partner Program
  • Supervising partner performance, revenues, and costs through regular sessions and feedback collection
  • Continuously optimizing partner onboarding, concepts, and processes
  • Conducting sales and support training for partners, ensuring alignment with defined objectives
  • Overseeing long-term cooperations, identifying new opportunities, and presenting new concepts to leadership

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration (or similar) with several years of experience in a commercial role
  • Fluent English language skills; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Experience in business development, sales, marketing, and understanding IT processes
  • Strong market knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, structured, with a customer-oriented and problem-solving approach
