Commercial Partnership Development Manager

Job Summary:
As a Commercial Partner Manager at TecAlliance, you will play a crucial role in expanding our partner network and driving business growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new partners, managing relationships, and overseeing commercial activities within the TecAlliance Partner Program. Your expertise in business development, sales, and marketing will enable you to optimize partner onboarding, concepts, and processes, ensuring alignment with defined objectives. Additionally, you will conduct sales and support training for partners, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities. If you have a degree in Business Administration and several years of experience in a commercial role, with fluency in English and knowledge of German or other European languages, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:
Expand Partner Network: Acquire new partners and manage relationships within the TecAlliance Partner Program.
Commercial Oversight: Supervise partner performance, revenues, and costs through regular sessions and feedback collection.
Process Improvement: Continuously optimize partner onboarding, concepts, and processes in collaboration with the Technical Partner Manager.
Training & Development: Conduct sales and support training for partners, ensuring alignment with defined objectives.
Cooperations Management: Oversee long-term cooperations, identify new opportunities, and present new concepts to leadership.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration (or similar) with several years of experience in a commercial role.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Experience in business development, sales, marketing, and understanding IT processes.
Strong market knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, structured, with a customer-oriented and problem-solving approach.
