That's why we are looking for an Account Manager who will focus on our existing clients in Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia).
You will be part of our Spanish team in Barcelona and will be in close contact with your colleagues in Belgium.
You will manage your own portfolio of clients.
Thanks to your commercial vision, you will identify growth opportunities for your clients.
In collaboration with the Implementation Consultants, you will optimize the use of our software by our existing clients.
You will translate the needs into an appropriate solution.
Thanks to your enthusiasm and open communication, our clients trust you.
They can always count on you for questions or suggestions.
You can reach the right contacts within your clients and build a lasting relationship with them.
You know how to open the right doors.
You easily find your way in the organization.
With the Implementation Consultants and Customer Care Advisors, you ensure that our clients have an optimal experience.
That's you?
Thanks to your commercial attitude and social character, you enjoy building trust-based relationships with clients.
Providing the best possible service is your top priority.
You have commercial experience in B2B sales and preferably in the sale of solutions (SaaS).
A affinity with the hotel industry and retail sales is an asset.
Fluent communication is second nature to you.
You are able to communicate with internal and external contacts.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and are autonomous.
You work independently and proactively and adapt quickly to changes.
You are a motivated Account Manager and your clients trust you as a sparring partner/sounding board, so you quickly seize opportunities.
You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and French.
Given our international environment, we expect you to have good knowledge of English.
