Commercial Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our dynamic commercial team at Kantox Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Understand the details of potential customers' business models and identify pain points and opportunities in their current international finance and FX workflow.
- Present the Kantox solution to key decision-makers and build strong financial business cases.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to maximize customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- Strong background in finance, economics, or business administration with a relevant master's degree.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Native-level German language proficiency and fluent English.
- 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) business development or sales role within the finance or software industry.
