About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team at Bacardi-Martini. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and excellence across the Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial plans that deliver against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Channel in Regional Accounts.
  • Work closely with the KAM's Team to develop new commercial initiatives, including reporting, finance control, rebates, promotions (ROI's), promo optimization, distribution, opportunities and risks analysis, logistics, etc.
  • Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes, including monthly performance review and annual Bottom Up Plan creation.
  • Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  • Elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight-led plans.

Requirements:

  • Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Competent in using Powerpoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in project leadership roles in an international environment.
  • Experience in multiple Tech Services.
