About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and excellence across the Channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial plans that deliver against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Channel in Regional Accounts.
  • Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes, including monthly performance review and annual Bottom Up Plan creation.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight-led plans.

Requirements:

  • Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate, and influence best-in-class plans.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Competent in using Powerpoint, Excel, and forecasting/data tools.
