We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Regional Training Specialist to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective training programs for our sales teams across the EMEAC region.

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in learning and development to drive commercial success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a tailored learning strategy aligned with business objectives and sales goals
  • Create engaging and impactful training content for product training and selling skills development
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and regional teams to understand training needs and challenges
  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales organization

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or education, with specialization in commercial excellence preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in the life sciences industry
  • Solid understanding of learning and development principles and methods for sales teams
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful sales training programs
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills

What We Offer:
