Job Title: Regional Training Lead - Commercial Excellence EMEAC

Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Training Lead to join our Commercial Excellence team in EMEAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy for our sales force in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a learning and development strategy that aligns with our organization's overall business objectives and sales goals.
  • Design and implement sales training programs, curricula, and learning initiatives for our regional sales teams.
  • Collaborate with global franchises and regional teams to design and develop engaging and impactful learning content for product training and selling skills development.
  • Implement and manage the delivery of sales training programs, utilizing a blend of learning methodologies and technologies.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial operations experience in a broad range of relevant therapeutic areas in the life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful sales training programs for a global organization.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align learning initiatives with sales goals and organizational objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
