Commercial Excellence Specialist

About the Role
At Bacardi-Martini, we are seeking a talented Commercial Excellence Specialist to drive commercial success and excellence across the Channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial plans that deliver against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Channel in Regional Accounts (with Owned &/or Franchised stores).
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the KAM's Team to develop new commercial plans, including anaplán, reporting, finance control, rebates, promotions (ROI's), promo optimization, distribution, opportunities and risks analysis, logistics, etc.
- Complete pre and post evaluation of promotions & activities.
- Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes, such as monthly performance review and annual Bottom Up Plan creation.
- Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, and Supply chain.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands.
- Elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight-led plan.
Requirements
- Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate and influence best-in-class plans.
- Strong commercial, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Competence in using Powerpoint, Excel and forecasting/data tools.
- Ability to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands.
