Notre Client, réputé pour orchestrer des expériences de haute qualité dans le domaine des vacances nautiques et de la location de bateaux, est actuellement à la recherche d'un Manager Commercial. Votre rôle sera d’assurer la productivité et la gestion des équipes. Vous assumerez une position de Manager des équipe de vente, grâce à un management par l’exemple, et assurerez ainsi la performance optimale de l'équipe.
**Vos responsabilités et votre impact en tant que Manager Commercial seront**:
- Le management et la gestion de l'ensemble de l'équipe de vente qui compte environ 18 personnes (équipe composée d’employés sous contrats permanents et de stagiaires).
- Le recrutement des représentants commerciaux saisonniers et permanents.
- La mise en place et la gestion des formations de onboarding et de long terme.
- D’apporter un soutien à la gestion des plaintes et traiter les cas les plus délicats.
- De réaliser vous-même des actions commerciales afin de montrer l’exemple et de rester en contact avec les prospects ainsi que comprendre le marché.
**Compétences, qualifications et intérêts nécessaires pour réussir dans cette fonction**:
- Une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine commercial et vente.
- Expérience ou au moins un lien étroit et un intérêt pour le monde du nautisme et de la voile.
- Une première expérience de management d’équipe
- Un fort engagement en faveur de la satisfaction des clients.
- Une connaissance approfondie des indicateurs de performance et des chiffres.
- Vous êtes situé(e) à Barcelone.
