As a Country (Commercial) Manager in the pharmaceutical generic industry who can communicate in Spanish or Portuguese language

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and identify new business opportunities within the generic pharmaceutical sector.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, ensuring informed decision-making.

**Product Positioning**: Work on positioning generic pharmaceutical products effectively in the market, highlighting their value proposition and differentiation.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing teams, to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and ensure that all commercial activities adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.

**Budget Management**: Develop and manage budgets for commercial activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

**Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with clients, distributors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements for the company.

**Marketing Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

**Performance Analysis**: Implement performance metrics and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of commercial strategies and make data-driven decisions.

**Problem Solving**: Address challenges related to market dynamics, competition, and regulatory changes, devising effective solutions to maintain and enhance the company's commercial standing.
