Buscamos un Director de Licitaciones (BID Manager) para uno de nuestros clientes especializado en proyectos EPC de conversión de residuos en energía.
UBICACIÓN: Bélgica SECTOR: Waste-to-energy DISPONIBILIDAD: Incorporación inmediata Como Bid Manager, deberá colaborar estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos desarrollo comercial, legal, ingeniería, finanzas, comercial y calidad, adquisiciones y gestión de proyectos para impulsar adquisiciones de proyectos exitosas.
El BID Manager es una función fundamental dentro de la organización de nuestro cliente, responsable de gestionar el proceso de extremo a extremo de presentación de ofertas y garantizar la alineación con los requisitos técnicos y comerciales.
Esta función implica colaborar con varios departamentos y partes interesadas para crear propuestas con una buena relación calidad-precio que satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes y contribuyan a la adquisición exitosa de proyectos.
PRINCIPALES TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES ?Elaborar informes de evaluación con el Gerente de Propuestas para mejorar los procesos de licitación.
?Presentar los documentos requeridos para la aprobación de la dirección, garantizando el cumplimiento.
?Discutir los términos del contrato con las partes interesadas para negociar condiciones favorables.
?Preparar archivos de cotización para la alineación del "Valor por dinero" con el gerente de propuestas.
?Evaluar los requisitos de licitación para mitigar los riesgos y garantizar el cumplimiento.
?Determinar el precio de venta final basándose en cálculos de costos y consultas de gestión.
?Organizar reuniones de seguimiento para actualizar el registro de riesgos y gestionar los riesgos de forma proactiva.
?Preparar licitaciones con enfoque en especificaciones comerciales y contractuales.
?Actuar como contacto principal con el cliente para asuntos relacionados con licitaciones, brindando respuestas profesionales.
?Gestionar la coordinación con los socios del consorcio para una colaboración perfecta.
?Organizar reuniones de transferencia de proyectos (PTM) para garantizar una transición fluida del proyecto después de ganar un proyecto.
EDUCACIÓN y EXPERIENCIA ?Ingeniero Industrial con claro interés en tecnología y logística ?Varios años de experiencia en puesto similar, preferentemente en entorno industrial.
La experiencia con los métodos de montaje es una ventaja importante.
APTITUDES ?Experiencia contrastada en gestión de ofertas para proyectos EPC complejos.
?Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación para comunicarse eficazmente con clientes, partes interesadas y equipos internos.
?Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, lo que permite una evaluación y resolución efectiva de los problemas que puedan surgir durante un proyecto.
?Experiencia previa en proyectos de conversión de residuos en energía o sectores similares de energías renovables.
?Experiencia laboral en un entorno multicultural, preferiblemente dentro de la región de la UE.
