€32,000 per annum

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our European expansion, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with independent retailers, advising them on product ranges, and driving sales growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting weekly calls to ensure retailers have the right products in stock
  • Providing expert advice to maximise sales opportunities
  • Nurturing strong relationships with customers through trust, communication, and timely reorders
  • Expanding our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues
  • Excellent customer service and time management abilities
  • High-level multitasking and organisational skills
  • A proven ability to influence clients and grow sales

We offer a competitive package including:

  • 23 days holiday + 12 public holidays (with extra four days holiday per year)
  • Profit share bonus and pension plan
  • Relocation support and perks (25-50% discount on our products)
  • 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (depending on territory)

We require:

  • Fluent English and Polish language skills (and one additional language from Dutch, German, French, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Italian, Norwegian or Czech)
  • A degree or equivalent higher education qualification
  • A current driver's licence
