Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base across Europe.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the gaming industry, offering expert advice and managing product ranges for independent retailers. You will be part of a dynamic and fun environment where you can make a real impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on product ranges and identifying opportunities to close deals.
  • Conduct regular calls to ensure that retailers have the right products in stock and advise them on how to maximise sales.
  • Negotiate and agree new product ranges and identify opportunities to expand our stockist program.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in account management and sales.
  • High-level multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent business-level language proficiency in Dutch, English, and one additional European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian, or Czech).

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time office-based role, requiring you to work from our office in Barcelona city centre. You will be required to hold a current driver's licence.
