We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our independent retailers across Europe.

About the Role:

  • You will make weekly calls to retailers to ensure they have the right product range in stock
  • You will advise retailers on the best products to suit their business needs, helping them maximise sales opportunities
  • You will build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with your customers
  • You will conduct stock checks and ensure timely reorders of sold items
  • You will keep customers informed about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close deals
  • You will look for ways to expand our stockist program by growing customer commitment and fostering long-term business relationships

Ideal Candidate:

  • You possess strong relationship-building skills with business partners and colleagues
  • You have excellent customer service and time management abilities
  • You demonstrate high-level multitasking and organisational skills
  • You have proven ability to influence clients and grow sales

The Offer:

  • Salary: €32,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • This role requires you to speak Greek and English plus ONE of the following languages to a fluent business level: Dutch, German, French, Italian or Polish
  • You must hold a current driver’s licence
  • A degree or equivalent higher education qualification is preferred
