About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Representative with Japanese language skills to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts to drive revenue growth
- Contact existing customers in your portfolio for consultation and to discuss new business opportunities
- Work in a target-driven environment to meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals
- Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies
- Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions and build a strong and trusting relationship with them
- Optimize client accounts using analytical skills while increasing program revenue
Requirements:
- Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Sales aptitude and goal orientation
- Computer savvy and ability to navigate CRM systems
- Reside in or be able to relocate to the Krakow area
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of 45,000-55,000 PLN per month (approximately 10,500-12,800 USD), based on experience and performance
