Job Purpose: The Cloud Customer Success team is responsible for optimizing business processes required for the businesses, platforms, and vendor integration. This includes offering shared support and partner success through TD SYNNEX Iberia Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement scalable region operational processes and monitoring services aligned to TD SYNNEX's platform offerings and applicable cloud vendors.
  2. Work closely with internal departments and others to ensure appropriate understanding, documentation, and coordination of activities.
  3. Own and coordinate several projects, briefings, and progress updates.
  4. Collaborate with TD SYNNEX's Business Unit leaders, marketing teams, and vendors to develop strategies and prepare internal systems and processes to launch platform products/services/programs/campaigns across IBERIA.

Requirements:
  1. Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms.
  2. Solid understanding of vendor dynamics within the distribution channel.
  3. Strategic and analytical skills.
  4. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Exceptional customer service orientation.
  6. Comfortable working in an international results-driven project organization.
  7. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  8. Experience with IT distribution industry will be a plus.
