Virtual Customer Success Consultant for Cloud Adoption

SAP is seeking a Virtual Customer Success Partner to drive value across the customer lifecycle through successful solution adoption and ongoing renewals. As a critical function within our dynamic Cloud Success Services organization, you will remotely engage with assigned customers to optimize onboarding and adoption processes. With access to the latest cloud-based products and services tools, you will pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on customer loyalty and sharing best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely engage with assigned portfolio of customers to drive adoption for all SAP software
- Assist and guide customers through different phases of the lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal
- Pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on customer loyalty and sharing best practices
- Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers' needs first
About You:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success, managing relationships with large complex organizations, working with SaaS or Cloud Solutions
- Ideal experience in Learning & Development, HR, Training or Education Consulting; knowledge of learning trends and learning technologies
- Experience managing a larger portfolio of accounts
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions, both virtually and globally or regionally
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems and work across multiple tasks
