About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our dynamic Cloud Success Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and renewal rates for SAP cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with assigned customers to drive adoption of SAP cloud solutions
• Assist customers through the onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases
• Pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Build and leverage a network of internal stakeholders to support customer success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success or a related field
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
