About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Customer Success Partner to join our dynamic Cloud Success Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and adoption of SAP cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Remotely engage with customers to drive adoption and value realization of SAP cloud solutions.
- Assist customers through the different phases of the lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Pursue high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on customer loyalty and retention.
- Build and leverage a network of internal stakeholders to support customer success.
- Monitor effectiveness and syndicate best practices for digital customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success or a related field.
- Experience managing a larger portfolio of accounts.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions, both virtually and globally.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems, working across multiple tasks.
- Proven experience working with virtual/social tools to engage with customers.
- Motivation and flexibility to work in a high-growth organization, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Fluent in French or other European Language.
