">Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive light.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, aiding colleagues with difficult contacts as needed.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve Selling Partner issues and questions.
">A Day in the Life
">Your day will involve driving seller engagement, identifying compliance needs, and guiding Sellers through new and existing legislative requirements.

">You'll communicate with Sellers via phone and email, using various internal tools to resolve issues and provide support.

">Requirements
">
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level or higher).
- Strong working knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Prior experience in a customer service or contact center environment is advantageous.
- Process improvement awareness and experience are preferred qualifications.
