Customer Support Professional with IT Expertise

We have recently experienced significant success, which has led to an increase in demand for our Fleet Management software. To cater to this growth, we require two additional Candidates who can provide exceptional customer support and maintain our high standards of service delivery.
Our company is based in Barcelona, Spain, and Heike handles day-to-day tasks from Germany. We value strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships with our B2B clients in Germany.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Customer Support: Provide expert assistance to our clients, resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Invoicing: Accurately manage invoicing processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value of our services to prospective clients.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with our customers, keeping them informed about our products and services.
We offer a competitive salary package of approximately €50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect flexible working hours, remote work options, and a dynamic team environment.
