Job Purpose

This role is ideal for social individuals with analytical skills, a results-driven focus, and a Win-Win mindset. You will develop and execute customer-focused regional business strategies, manage deliveries and profits, and implement optimization plans within categories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy and Plan: Develop strategic business plans for respective categories, collaborate with managers for customer entry and channel marketing, and optimize administrative and logistical efficiencies.
  • Customer P&L Management: Deliver agreed plans, monitor success, and oversee customer investments in their category.
  • Negotiation: Close deals with customers through negotiation of commercial terms, financing, and agreement of strategies among involved parties.
  • Active Ambassador Role: Develop strong team spirit with coordinators and account managers, seeking the best solution for the business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Experience and Qualifications: Graduates in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or related fields with 2-3 years of experience managing accounts within the supermarket channel.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This salary range is estimated based on national averages and industry standards for similar roles.
