Regional Business Development Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in Catalonia West. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the region.
About the Role:- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and acquiring new customers, developing strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
- Territory Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the region, including targeted marketing initiatives and partnerships with local businesses.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of industrial automation and smart sensor technologies, preferably with experience in sales roles within this sector.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and excellent communication skills in English.
- Salary Package: Competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.
- Commission Structure: Performance-based commission structure, providing an opportunity to earn additional income based on sales performance.
