At Danaher, we're committed to accelerating the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping healthcare providers get the tools they need to provide better care to patients.

This is a sales leadership position that requires a strong background in sales, business development, and account management. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and coaching a sales team, and building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a strong track record of sales success, and experience in the IVD/MD industry. You'll also need to be proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

This role requires spending 60% of the time traveling within territories, so you'll need to be comfortable with frequent travel. You'll also have the opportunity to work remotely from your home and be part of a team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and account management
  • Experience in the IVD/MD industry
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
