Regional Sales Manager

At Danaher Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a strong background in sales management and business development
- Experience in the IVD/MD industry, with a strong understanding of the field's activities
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
