About the RoleThis is a leadership and fast-paced role that requires a strong background in sales, sales management, business development, and account management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or sales and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IVD/MD industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and expand direct sales and profit margins within assigned regions.
- Manage and coach a sales team to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key customers.
- Travel extensively within territories, with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
