Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dornier MedTech España. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and market expansion for our portfolio of urology and medical technology products in Northern and Eastern Spain, including the Balearic Islands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Market Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share in the designated regions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations in operating rooms to highlight Dornier MedTech's technologies. Provide training and support to medical staff on the effective use of Dornier MedTech products.
  • Sales and Performance Management: Oversee and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies during sales activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically with a proven track record in consumable medical products.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
