- Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Deep understanding of the international healthcare environment and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the international region (5-10 days a month).
