Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Europe

Omnicell, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital and retail pharmacists, procurement teams, and C-suite executives.
  • Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Deep understanding of the international healthcare environment and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Work Conditions:
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the international region (5-10 days a month).
  • Potential for overnight stays (up to 40%).
