* Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional customer accounts, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
* Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, leveraging excellent sales fundamentals and negotiation skills.
* Collaborate with the Regional Area Manager to develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Drive innovation and trade marketing activities within the Retail channel, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
* University degree, preferably from a Business School.
* 4 years' relevant commercial experience in the retail channel, with a focus on cash carry and indirect channel customers.
* Strong ownership attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Proficient Spanish and English language skills.
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* EU Work permission.
