Job Summary:

  • We seek a skilled Strategic Regional Business Development Manager to drive customer-focused regional business strategy and plan execution.
  • This role involves optimizing collaboration with managers for customer entry and channel marketing, generating the best business plan.
  • You will work closely with the Channel Head to maximize business opportunities and sales in the channel.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Strategy and Plan
  • Develop the strategic business plan in respective categories, potentially creating a joint business plan for corresponding categories.
  • Collaborate with managers to optimize administrative and logistical efficiencies, impacting resources and investments from various company areas.
  • Create an optimal integrated promotion plan and manage promotion investments.
  • Manage Customer P&L.
Negotiation
  • Closed deals with customers through negotiation of commercial terms, financing, and agreement of the strategy among involved parties.
  • Monitor customer performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for key categories when available.
Active Ambassador Role
  • Highly active ambassador role with the customer.
  • Develop a strong team spirit with other coordinators and account managers, seeking the best solution for the business.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience managing accounts within the supermarket channel.
  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Demonstrate passion, energy, and results-oriented focus with proven leadership skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
