Job Summary:
- We seek a skilled Strategic Regional Business Development Manager to drive customer-focused regional business strategy and plan execution.
- This role involves optimizing collaboration with managers for customer entry and channel marketing, generating the best business plan.
- You will work closely with the Channel Head to maximize business opportunities and sales in the channel.
Main Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Plan- Develop the strategic business plan in respective categories, potentially creating a joint business plan for corresponding categories.
- Collaborate with managers to optimize administrative and logistical efficiencies, impacting resources and investments from various company areas.
- Create an optimal integrated promotion plan and manage promotion investments.
- Manage Customer P&L.
- Closed deals with customers through negotiation of commercial terms, financing, and agreement of the strategy among involved parties.
- Monitor customer performance by tracking customer contribution and market share for key categories when available.
- Highly active ambassador role with the customer.
- Develop a strong team spirit with other coordinators and account managers, seeking the best solution for the business.
Requirements:
Experience & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of previous experience managing accounts within the supermarket channel.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Possess excellent social skills, strong analytical capabilities, and high organizational and creative competence.
- Demonstrate passion, energy, and results-oriented focus with proven leadership skills.
- Maintain a Win-Win mindset during negotiations.
- Familiarity with working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Exhibit persuasive and influential abilities.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
