At Arrow Electronics, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies and managing programs in the IT industry.
About Us:We are Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, bringing innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships between suppliers, customers, and the organization.
- Drive strategy and business development plans, ensuring execution to sales growth targets.
- Coordinate initiatives and establish relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
- Identify demand and create opportunities for growth.
- Lead stakeholder management sessions and maintain open communication lines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand business trends and forecast.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive watch, evaluating and developing market-specific sales strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will require 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, fluency in English, effective communication skills, and the ability to build strategic business relationships.
