About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Cataluña, Spain. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share of our products in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain full territory coverage to maximize sales potential.">
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.">
  • Provide excellent customer service and account management support to existing customers.">
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.">
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report back to the marketing team.">
  • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in medical devices or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in hospital sales and business development.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Knowledge of the ophthalmology market is desirable but not essential.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per annum, private healthcare, and a wellbeing allowance of up to €300 per year.
