Business Development Manager for French Beauty Market

About Us: As the Albert Roger Group, we are a leading beauty brand with ambitious growth plans to expand our presence in France. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts and drive opportunities with key retailers.
The Role: As our Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales while backed by our esteemed beauty brands. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our presence both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities in the French market.
- Client Meetings and Negotiations: Meet with key clients and negotiate deals that align with our company goals and objectives.
- Closing Deals: Utilize your negotiation skills to close sales and drive revenue growth.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets to achieve profitable growth targets and ensure the success of our business initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive business growth and opportunities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum (OTE: €120,000) depending on experience
- Flexible Location: Work from anywhere in The Netherlands with occasional travel to Paris

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development within the health & beauty sector
- Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of key regional retailers in France
- Negotiation Skills: High-energy, fearless negotiation and communication skills
- Results-Driven Approach: Proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for beauty products
- Languages: Fluency in French & English; additional languages are a plus
