**The Role**
We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager for our French Market to drive revenue growth and maximize value for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for boosting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across customer cohorts, identifying upsell prospects, and nurturing high-trust relationships with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive revenue growth by strategically increasing MRR across customer cohorts.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell prospects to strengthen customer retention and enhance lifetime value.
- Nurture high-trust relationships with clients to drive strong retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align with client goals and understand evolving needs.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native-level French language skills and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of problem-solving and driving growth.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying focused on long-term goals.
