About Bolton Group

We are a leading company in the FMCG industry, looking for a skilled professional to join our Sales team.

Job Overview:

This role is crucial for our success as it involves managing relationships with regional customers in Catalonia. The expected outcome is increased sales of our brands driven by best-in-class distribution, shelving, promotion, and pricing execution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the overall mass market business in regional customers in Catalonia, both in retail and food service channels.
  • You should excel in managing a complex portfolio that includes various categories such as sauces, tuna & seafood, home & personal care, canned pineapple, and tea.

Your Team:

You will be part of our Field Team, reporting to the Field manager Northern Spain.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferably.
  • Work Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience as account manager in FMCG field.
  • Technical Skills: intermediate level MS Office (Excel and Power Point).
  • Analytical skills to build proposals to customers while managing customers and Bolton's profitability. Sell-out driven, ability to negotiate.
  • Local language: proficiency in Spanish is required and English would be appreciated.

Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
