About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled New Account Manager to join our fast-paced EU Marketplace Export team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for recruiting and growing online sellers on Amazon's marketplace, helping them expand their businesses, and driving new business growth while maximizing revenue generation.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of related experience in sales, business development, management consulting, or product management, with fluency in English and another European language (Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Greek, Bulgarian, Croatian, or Russian). A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Main Responsibilities

- Achieve business and financial objectives by identifying opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions.
- Share learnings with counterparts to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth.
- Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities.
- Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.

Requirements

- Fluency in English and another European language.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
