Senior Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Development Manager to join our team in Madrid, focusing on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with installation partners across France. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our network, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and reinforce our network of installation partners through proactive communication and negotiation strategies.
- Cultivate creative solutions to challenges faced by our installation partners, prioritizing price conditions for mutual business growth.
- Develop and implement relevant hardware strategies to ensure installers offer competitive prices on high-quality materials.
- Foster close collaboration with local distributors and product managers to optimize partner performance.
- Regularly review KPIs with installation partners, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance and collaboration.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, specifically with B2B partners.
- Native French speaker with fluent English language skills.
- Passionate about building successful and sustainable partnerships.
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously, maintaining effective communication with installation partners at a distance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions while utilizing intuition.
- Experience working closely with project, customer, and technical managers.
- Prior experience in the solar sector is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
