Job Description

In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial SubChapter Lead of the area in F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe Diagnostics Spain. As a Senior Account Development Manager (Sales Manager), you will build and strengthen our presence and reputation in Aragón, La Rioja, and Navarra areas by managing a team of Sales Specialists in the region. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences, uncover areas to expand the availability of our innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position.
  2. As a window to the market, interact with stakeholders in the scientific/technical/economic area and key decision-makers to develop strategic relationships.
  3. Manage sales for the entire F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe Diagnostics portfolio to offer customers our solutions best suited to their needs.
  4. Develop account strategy and execute against strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts.
  5. Establish and maintain good relationships and respond promptly to customer needs in a compliant manner.
  6. Provide leadership, insights, and guidance to your team members to enable them to support the delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth.
  7. Constantly gather data on market trends, monitor products, solutions, and competitors' positioning, and analyze business risks and opportunities to educate your team.

Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • Previous sales experience in the healthcare market with successful results.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
  • Leadership or coordination experience with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Customer orientation, strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital.
  • Demonstrated comfort building and maintaining relationships with senior-level buying influences.
  • Persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
