Job OverviewWe are seeking a Horticultural Business Development Manager in Spain to support and develop clients and dealers. As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients at a management, tactical, and operational level. Your primary goal will be to provide professional advice and consultation on Rijk Zwaan products and modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Define the strategy for your clients, including identifying potential growth opportunities and creating client plans.
- Lead client activities, including being the first point of contact and introducing specialists as needed.
- Be accountable for results, including identifying sales opportunities and reporting on competitor activities.
- Use RZ systems and tooling for effective international collaboration, including CRM and timely sales forecasting.
To succeed in this role, you should have good analytical skills, be able to think strategically, and possess strong communication skills. You should also be a team player with a commercial and client-focused approach. Additionally, you should be able to keep track of the latest developments in the horticultural industry and have the ability to set your own goals and agenda in line with company policy and local management.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is around €45,000-€60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
