Customer Support Engineer

NOVA Biomedical GmbH, a leading provider of medical diagnostic solutions, seeks a skilled Customer Support Engineer to join their team.
As a key member of the technical services team, this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers in the Madrid area and beyond. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of providing top-notch customer service.
The estimated salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
- Install and maintain NOVA products at customer sites, performing operator training as needed
- Maintain close relationships with customers throughout product implementation projects and resolve any post-sales complaints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage quality-related activities, including investigations, complaints, and corrective actions
- Participate in local and European technical support conference calls and meetings
Requirements:
- Advanced technical or clinical laboratory background
- Strong technical affinity with hands-on attitude
- Work experience in a field service/technical support role
- Proven work experience in the MD-, IVD-, or BioTech industry (2-3 years)
- Excellent self-organization and customer communication skills
- A good balance of team player skills and ability to work independently
- IT-network administration skills are a plus
- Good English language skills (written and oral)
