About the Role: Best Hire is seeking a German Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Malta. This hybrid role allows for a balance of in-office interaction and remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to our German-speaking clients. Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Collaborate with other departments to address complex cases and improve customer experiences. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team.

Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in German and a strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment.
