Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance, including an estimated salary of $40,000-$60,000 per year, private health insurance, life insurance, and an indefinite contract. You'll also enjoy eight-hour shifts on a weekly rotation, covering operating hours from Monday to Sunday (9 AM to 11 PM), and the flexibility to work fully remotely from Montenegro.

Job Description
In this role, you will provide outstanding support to customers of a financial services company by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through phone, email, and live chat support. Your responsibilities will include researching and providing accurate responses to customer queries, navigating internal and external resources to ensure top-quality service, and documenting all customer interactions according to standard procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be native or fluent in German, both verbal and written, familiar with customer support software, including Zendesk and internal troubleshooting tools, and have experience in customer support and technical support, especially with help desks or IT functions. You'll also require a strong independent work ethic, remote team collaboration skills, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and adaptability with a strong knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
