Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs) is seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services by handling contacts over the telephone and by email.
About the JobWe are looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills to work as a Customer Support Advisor in our Contact Centre environment. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English, with a fluent level of both written and spoken German.

The RoleAs a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by handling contacts over the telephone and by email. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues efficiently and satisfactorily. To achieve this, you will:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services.
- Care for customer satisfaction, making sure that you are going the extra mile with each and every contact.
- Make sure that our drivers and passengers feel supported in all matters, ensuring a timely response to assist with any of their questions or concerns.
- Strive for first contact resolution to resolve driver and passenger queries efficiently and satisfactorily.
- Follow internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues, taking the recommended next best actions.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of our client and brand values.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
