Business Partner for Customer Success and Growth

Anaplan, a leading platform for business decision-making, is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong customer-first mentality, project management expertise, and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily and weekly tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to understand how and why customers operate, what objectives they have in the marketplace, and how Anaplan can help them achieve their goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of customers, improving their ROI, and securing contract renewal. You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser during the customer life cycle, working closely with internal resources to execute the account strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively monitoring customer end-user adoption and sponsorship
- Buiding action plans to remedy any issues
- Guiding and supporting customers to secure strong adoption
- Aligning Platform Expansion plans with key business objectives
- Enabling customers to achieve business transformation with Anaplan
You will work closely with customers to promote engagement through community usage, user groups, and event participation, while also educating them on our Platform Roadmap.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
