Job Description

As a Sales and Customer Success Strategist at Snaphunt, you will play a crucial role in driving customer growth and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle management strategies that deliver exceptional results.

You will be the first point of contact for many customers, setting the foundation for long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met through our leading cloud technologies. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading sales strategy and overcoming objections to negotiate success;
  • Engaging with small and medium businesses across various industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with our solutions;
  • Positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences;
  • Capturing value and envisioning future growth with Microsoft's technologies;
  • Effectively turning prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria;
  • Leveraging various channels to reach, sell to, and manage customers;
  • Collecting feedback from customers and articulating it back to the business;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and account management or customer management;
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required;
  • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills;
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred;
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach;
  • Native-level proficiency in Finnish and fluent in English (B2).
