The Role
As a Global Sales Strategist at Job Squad, you will be instrumental in establishing strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring that their needs are met through our technology and services. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of our customers' and partners' requirements, allowing you to effectively align our value proposition with their strategies and goals. This involves creating value throughout the sales cycle by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Secure new customer wins and cloud sales by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by working closely with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners.
- Drive alignment and teamwork within your team, department, or across organizational boundaries to achieve shared objectives.
- Monitor pipeline performance, collect feedback, and update stakeholders on closure, supporting close plan execution.
- Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence, highlighting key opportunities for Partner Management to develop and recruit new partners.
- Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline, including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc.

Ideal Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Native fluency in Swedish and excellent English language skills (B2).
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development, preferably within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment.
- Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
