**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an integral part of our sales department, you will play a key role in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a relationship-oriented individual with strong customer service skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. You will engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges. Your primary objective will be to advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners to ensure timely delivery of products and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Identify new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • A third-level qualification (e.g., degree) and a driving license.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, plus one additional European language.
  • Strong sales skills, with experience in influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
