**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Strategist to join our team at Hood Construction Company in Malaga. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in establishing a strong foundation for how technology and services meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customers' strategies and needs, effectively aligning value propositions with their requirements. Your daily work will involve securing new customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving alignment within teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Sales strategy development and execution
- Pipeline management and monitoring
- Collaboration with sales teams and channel partners
- Analytics and reporting on performance indicators
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
- Fluency in Swedish (native level) and English (B2)
- Broad knowledge of technical architecture and end-user scenarios
